韓国の江南地区にて、「やまや」の高級明太子を中心とした日韓の厳選食材を扱うフードセレクトショップです。この付近は江南地区の起伏のある土地で、邸宅を改装したレストランや高級なセレクトショップなどが立ち並び、それらの建築も現代的で、それらが起伏と伴ってとても豊かな風景をつくりだしたいました。私たちはこの計画にあたって、それらの現代的で、高級感のなかにある街の風景のなかに、日本の風景を照らしあわせることを考えました。そこで、かみ添の嘉戸さんへ協力を仰ぎ、店内を白いキャンパスと捉え、そこに縁取られた襖に日本の風景を表現することを試みました。この襖は春夏秋冬それぞれ入れ替え、季節ごとの厳選された商品とともに四季を想起させ、時とともに移り変わっていくことを表現しています。

It is a food select shop that treats a carefully selected ingredient of Japan-South Korea in which it centered on a high-level seasoned cod roe of "Yamaya" in the Konan district in South Korea. A restaurant where the residence was redecorated and a high-level select shop, etc. lined in the hilly ground in the Konan district, those construction was also modern, and they produced very rich scenery with ups and downs in this vicinity accompanying it. We thought it hit this plan, and the scenery of Japan was compared with the average of the scenery of those towns that were modern, and existed in the average of feeling of luxury. Then, we requested cooperation from Mr. Kado of Kamisoe, the inside of a store was tried, and it was tried to catch, and to express the scenery of Japan in the sliding door where the edge had been removed there as a white campus. This sliding door replaces at each four seasons, recollects the four seasons with the commodity selected carefully every season, and expresses the change at time.
